:: Hexagonal oversized center medallion with bat shaped finials atop an open abrashed ground. Herati design motif in both the main medallion and field corner spandrel overlays. Main border in a Samovar Turtle design motif. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, dusty teal, navy blue, ivory, pale saffron yellow, blush, dusty jade green, faded emerald green, pale rose, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Bijar carpet made in Persia circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 9'2" x 14'3".
